UC Learning Center Troubleshooting


We apologize for any inconvenience you're experiencing by not being able to access the UC Learning Center.
To assist you, please review some general troubleshooting information below.

Common Problems & Available Resources

Don't Have Access?
You must have a valid UCR NetID to access the UC Learning Center. How you get a UCR NetID depends on who you are. A great place to start is the Access information webpage.

Account Challenges

Accounts Must Be Activated

If this is:
1. The first time you are using the UC Learning Center
2. You have a valid UCR NetID
3. And you are a campus Affiliate or non-employee student
you will need to activate your account. Email the UC Learning Center Administrator for assistance.

Resources for Students

Students can access useful information on the Getting Started page of the UC Learning Center support site


Deactivated Account

Learners with a deactivated account must email the UC Learning Center Administrator for assistance.
